8 PORTALS – A MAGICAL OUTDOOR GAME
If you’ve been following our blog then you’re familiar with our two outdoor products, namely Operation Mindfall [link to OM] – a spy city game, and Magic Portal – a guided by our goblin friend entertainment for children. Today we come to you with good news, namely, with the beginning of May, another magical adventure joins our assortment, namely the 8 Portals city game.
CITY GAME – WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?
However, before we describe to you the details of this particular city game, it would be useful to know a few technical details of what makes them different. All our games are based on an iPad with GPS and Augmented Reality, and of course, as the name suggests, the place of entertainment is in different parts of Cracow. They last about 120 minutes, so it requires proper preparation of the participants, such as appropriate clothing or perhaps equipment in the form of water and snacks, and booking not only the date, but also the weather 😉. SPECIAL MISSION IN THE FANTASY WORLD
It’s finally time to get to the main topic, which is what you’ll find interesting in 8 Portals. Our latest field game is a magical adventure where you explore parallel worlds. The parallel dimensions are home to elves, goblins and orcs, who are not as agreeable as their magical brethren. These very portals have been opened and other beings are entering the world of mortals wanting to bring chaos to our world. You are their only obstacle.
LEGEND OF THE PORTALS
According to an old legend, the 8 portals can be closed with the help of magic crystals that have been hidden in our world in case of such an unexpected and dangerous crisis. Of course, they are guarded by appropriate safeguards in the form of puzzles created by the Guardians of the Portals. Only by reaching the crystals will you be able to save our world.
