Three day trip around Lesser Poland for students
Spring is here in full swing – everything gets green, the temperature’s rising and it’s hard to stay inside for long. It’s the best moment to leave the house and go on a three day trip to welcome spring back in our lives. You’ll find a lot of fun places to visit in Lesser Poland – see what we prepared for you below!
DAY ONE – ENERGYLANDIA FOR THE ADRENALINE JUNKIES
It’s important to start your trip off with something strong and set the precedent for the rest of it! That’s why you should set off to Energylandia first – all the rollercoasters, ferris wheels and carousels will definitely keep you entertained and energized. In the park there are the extreme rides as well as attractions for families, a water park and the Dragon Zone – obviously as the park is really close to Krakow and its’ famous dragon😊 You could spend the whole day in Energylandia and still want more, so make sure that you have a lot of time to wander around!
DAY TWO – SCIENCE IS FUN!
Before you get to Krakow we would recommend going to Wieliczka on the way! The famous saltmines are something you just can’t miss. It’s one of two mines in the world that have been running continually since the middle ages. It’s a really unique place to visit and tourists come a really long way from around the world to get there – you move down deep into the mine and walk around the salt corridors. Make sure to wear some comfy shoes though – its about 800 steps to go through! There are a few different routes to choose from, so you can find the best one for you and after you’re done with the mine you should definitely rest for a while in a salt cave.
DAY THREE – KRAKOW AND GAMESCAPE!
And now, to top off the trip with even more excitement – come and visit Gamescape Krakow. We can offer outdoor city games that will help you see Krakow from a different perspective. There’s a fantasy game Eight Portals that guides you through Salwator, an action-filled Operation Mindfall: Codename Spiderweb which route will take you on a riverside walk, and if you want to really get to know Krakow then definitely take a look at Krakow Legends that incorporates some city lore into the game. We also have a game made especially for young riddle-solvers – during Magic Portal they’ll be helping a goblin save the magical world. All the games use Augmented Reality to make your experience even more immersive and a GPS map you get to follow the right paths.
