The hero of our legend stuffed a lamb with sulfur and substituted it for the beast, which devoured the whole thing without hesitation. Thus, the dragon of Cracow felt a great burning in his throat and began to drink until he burst. To commemorate this event, a statue of the dragon was created, which you can see near Wawel Castle, in front of the Dragon’s Den.
